Whether you need a birth certificate, marriage certificate or assistance with any other provincial matter, my staff can point you in the right direction.

My community office also provides scrolls for special occasions
from myself and the Ontario Premier.

Scrolls are available for: birthday celebrations (80th, 90th or 100 years) anniversaries (40th or greater) private companies in business for more than 50 years non-profit service or social clubs and religious groups

In addition, my personal certificates are available for earlier birthdays, anniversaries, special occasions, volunteers, and events.

My office can also assist you to receive greetings from the Prime Minister, the Governor General, and Her Majesty the Queen.
